Mr Khalid Drabu has been a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon for over 20 years currently working at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital in Caterham, Surrey. His specialism is reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee and his clinical interests include hip surgery, knee surgery, hip resurfacing, hip and knee arthroscopy and foot surgery and he developed a large interest in bone graft in hip surgery.

Mr Drabu completed his qualifications at St George's Hospital in London. Following this, he completed training at The Centre for Joint Replacement at Wrightington Hospital in Wigan and has worked with the Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Drabu utilises his expertise, skill and knowledge for presentations and lectures to General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors. He also teaches surgical skills workshops nationally and internationally. He also has many professional memberships including The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, The British Orthopaedic Association and The British Hip Society.
