Dr Kunde possesses a calm disposition which is very reassuring to patients. He is extremely responsive and responds patiently to the many questions raised prior to delivery. He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in his field, and I felt reassured to know that my c-section surgery will be carried out by him. The surgery itself was extremely quick and my recovery has been smooth.

I have had a fantastic experience with Mr Kunde. He is a fantastic doctor. He takes the time to explain all aspects of care in detail, he listened to all my queries and provided excellent care. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. The surgery I had has changed my life, thank you Mr Kunde!

We were very happy with Dr Kunde’s care throughout our pregnancy journey (we signed up with him from week 12 all the way until delivery). He is kind, patient and always available via text and call. Our baby was delivered via c-section and the scars are hardly visible. Overall, we are glad that we were under Dr Kunde’s care and cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking for a doctor for their pregnancy journey

Mr Kunde delivered our daughter via C section and the whole experience was extremely positive. My midwife commented on the tidy scar. He is very calm, patient and understanding. He was easy to get in touch with for any questions and last minute concerns we had. If we are lucky enough to have another baby I wouldn’t want to be in anyone else’s care.

Mr Kunde is amazing, he led my pregnancy and delivered my baby via c-section. Both the antenatal care and delivery were an amazing experience, Mr Kunde was very calm (which helped me a lot!), professional and kind, he promptly responded to my messages/emails and was always happy to answer my questions. Three months post c-section I feel absolutely perfect, I am very grateful to Mr Kunde.

After extensive research into the consultants listed on the Portland Hospital site I chose Mr Kumar Kunde who was exceptional with his care. The care I received from him was first class and I can’t recommend him high enough. He was available anytime on any day via his mobile and his secretary, Lesley, was the ONLY secretary to offer a free meet and greet. Every medical professional who has seen my c section site has been amazed at how neat and tidy the surgical site is, they have all asked who carried out my c section and even the Anaesthetist (who introduced themselves before the birth) expressed how happy she was that I had chosen Mr Kunde as he is one of the best being, not only a top consultant in his field but a great surgeon too. If I am lucky enough to have another child I will be going straight back to Mr Kunde without hesitation!

I am so grateful for Dr Kunde, his level of care is beyond phenomenal! He listens, he is patient & compassionate and he thoroughly explains everything (from MRI scan results, Ultra sound scan results, the procedure itself before the surgery and after the surgery). He is thorough! He leaves nothing to chance. An MRI scan revealed that I had endometriosis and an ultra sound scan which was performed after the MRI scan, didn't pick it, the results came back saying the endometrium is normal. But, Dr Kunde didn't just take the latest results, he told me that he can't ignore the discrepancy, he will check during the surgery which scan was correct. He confirmed after the surgery that the first scan was correct and that he also took care of the endormetrisis issue in addition to the hysterectomy. I'm so grateful for such care and professionalism, truly amazing. This is only a fraction of my experience with Dr Kunde's care. I have countless examples, from him explaining my conditions with diagrams and plain understandable language. Post surgery, I'm amazed how smooth my recovery has been and I believe it's all to do with the great work Dr Kunde did.
