Mr Zrinzo completed his undergraduate degree in Malta before moving to London to specialise in neurosurgery. He has two fellowships in Stereotactic and functional neurosurgery.
His research has been directed towards continued improvement in the surgical care of patients undergoing deep brain stimulation with particular emphasis on improving safety, accuracy and efficiency of surgery. He manages a wide range of general neurosurgical conditions and has a special interest in complex intracranial surgery.
He has authored over 120 peer-reviewed publications, abstracts and book chapters.
