About

Mr. Karoshi is a private consultant gynaecologist at 108 Harley street, London. He is a woman’s health expert.

Mr.Karoshi is  deeply committed to providing the merits of minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy and non invasive methods to reduce vaginal discomfort associated with vaginal atrophy.

His practice focuses on benign gynecology and reproductive endocrinology, fibroids and adenomyosis.

In recognition of his expertise, In 2010, Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, London awarded him the prestigious Bernhard Baron Travelling Fellowship. A serious condition that can happen in women with multiple caesarean deliveries.

He is one of the most patient reviewed and highly rated gynaecologist of London

His motivation is to take the challenge of understanding patients’ problems, this involves letting patients tell their story, careful review of what has happened in the past from gynaecology point of view. This followed by focussed examination and formulating the best and appropriate investigations and all the way keeping patient informed by using multimodal communication technology.

Mr. Karoshi works along with colleagues who have excelled in their chosen field of interest. Ultimately, once the real problem is identified, the options of management will be discussed based on the needs and preferences of his patient.

Mr Karoshi is a firm believer in educating his patients as best as he can, to contribute to achieving the best possible clinical and holistic outcomes. By taking this approach, he enables and empowers his patients, whilst addressing their issues and concerns.

Mr Karoshi prides himself on running a practice where there is an extremely high standard of professionalism, where patients are directly involved in their care and management in all stages, and where new techniques and advances play a central role.

Mr Karoshi had advised me to do eggfreezing due to my PCOS symptoms. I followed his advice and this was one of the best decision.

Dr Karoshi is without fault. He has incredible empathy, is very learned and able to articulate complex medical issues simply. Accommodating, attentive and an excellent bedside manner. In the time I have known him professionally, I feel he treats me with the upmost care, like a friend. I can't recommend him more highly.

Having never experienced any problems of a gynaecological nature I was naturally apprehensive on my first visit, but Mr Karoshi managed to make something vaguely unpleasant into a really interesting and positive experience. His manner and level of care when listening, explaining and diagnosing is absolutely incredible. I may have been emotionally 'dented' by a lifetime of smear tests on the NHS but every experience with Mr Karoshi - be it just a consultation or a procedure - has been nothing but calm and reassuring. I was particularly impressed with the way he made sure I understood every step of the journey and every choice was made with my full support and confidence. Nothing was rushed and every decision made felt conservative, careful and experienced. Needless to say, this is where my gynaecological needs will be taken care of in the future.

It has truly been a pleasure seeing Mr. Karoshi at his clinic. I felt he has gone above and beyond in his care and has really taken a holistic approach. I was very impressed with his manner and grateful for his guidance and knowledge. I valued the fact that he would send publication articles to further my understanding of what he thought may physiologically be going on. I also appreciate that he took the opportunity to explore more than one cause to the problem and thought outside of the box, which together has helped us come to a successful resolution.

I had a laparoscopy with Mr Karoshi in July 2017, following 3 years of seeing 4 separate Gynae consultants who were unable to help me. I already had a diagnosis of Adenomyosis and an ovarian cyst, however, my chronic pain was being dismissed by every doctor I visited. After one appointment with Mr Karoshi, I had a full understanding of my diagnosis. He was empathetic and actually listened to me. He treated me like a human being and was warm and informative. I was fully informed of the procedure, potential risks and that there were no guarantees that the cause of my pain would be found. However, this was done in an open, warm and non-judgmental manner. Following my surgery, Mr Karoshi removed my ovarian cyst and left my ovary in tack (which was great as it is my only one!). He gave me a diagnosis of endometriosis and explained where it was and what he had removed. He explained everything that he saw and this gave me the explanation that I needed for my pain. I went from three years of having chronic pain to very little pain now. I now understand my pain and manage it through diet and vitamins. I would not understand my pain without Mr Karoshi and I am very grateful. I highly recommend him as a practitioner and he has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr Karoshi was fantastic. He made me feel very comfortable about my procedure. The diagnostics were excellent (and quick) and I felt that he had my best interests at the front of his mind - in that he wasn't going to go ahead with any procedure unecessarily. All communications were prompt, professional, friendly and very thorough. He treated me wholistically, so I felt that I was actually getting a better outcome on my overall health, rather than just fixing a single issue. My procedure went well. I was comfortable throughout and the clinic was lovely. I strongly recommend him.

Suddenly getting pregnant while traveling in Europe, it is too sudden, because I am not ready for children, I am anxious to find a reliable clinic for consultation, I have made an appointment for all three clinics on the Internet, after all, I still listen more abroad Some opinions are good. I have n’t had an appointment here for a doctor. I ’m really insecure. Some just hung up and heard that you ’re Chinese. I made a dozen phone calls and made an appointment at three. The first one closed. The second one is Mr Mahanstesh Karoshi. I saw that he is a very amiable person in the comments and so I look forward to it. Seeing him and talking to him can be said to be like an angel, and I will help you with all the problems you encounter. Do it, because the British doctors do each item very carefully. Some things he ca n’t do, he also personally helps you to contact the most reliable doctor to do it for you. I ’m very grateful to meet him. I really felt it. The doctor's selflessness and sense of security as a patient. Generally, the doctor will not call or follow up by email. He has always cared about me. Let me state very peace of mind, in the country I can not find such a good doctor, in short, very grateful to meet him!
