Mr Manish Kothari is a Consultant Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon with a speciality in treating breast problems. He completed his medical degree at Bombay University in 1993 before relocating to the UK to complete his training. He was awarded his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1993 and obtained his MD degree from the University of London in 2001. Dr Kothari has since worked extensively in clinical research. His higher surgical training took place in North West Thames Deanery, which was followed by training in Oncoplastic and Reconstructive breast surgery at The Royal Marsden, Charing Cross and St Mary's Hospitals, London.
Mr Kothari's wide range of expertise and experience allows him to provide patients with a diagnosis for many patients without requiring multiple visits to the clinic. He is passionate about providing high quality and safe care to his patients by practising evidence-based medicine and working with a multi-disciplinary team of highly trained and skilled health professionals. Mr Kothari very simply saved my life. The surgery he performed on me has left me looking better than I did before, in my eyes a miracle maker. In addition to which he has a hugely warm, kind manner and is very empathic and understanding.

Mr Kothari has cared for me firstly in 2015 with a breast cancer diagnosis and then again in 2023. His caring manner is second to none and I truly feel as though he really cares for his patients. I cannot fault any care or surgery that he has given. Truly a lovely man with a kind heart and a fabulous bedside manner.

I was privileged enough to recently be under the care of Mr Manish Kothari for breast cancer surgery. From the very first meeting, I instinctively knew I would be in brilliant hands, as he listened acutely to my fears about the operation and displayed an outstanding degree of care and compassion. Mr Kothari went to extreme lengths to talk me through all the options involved with my procedure and allay any fears. He displays an innate empathy with his patients, alongside demonstrating an exceptional wealth of knowledge & expertise as a real leading master in his field. I am overjoyed with the results of my lumpectomy and the remodelling achieved, so am incredibly indebted to him for his amazing skills and impeccable level of care. I therefore cannot recommend Mr Kothari highly enough.
