Mark Andrews is an Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in Scarborough and Bridlington Hospitals, England. He covers General Orthopaedic surgery but has a particular interest in Hip and Knee surgery

Mr Andrews qualified from Medicine in 1985 from the University of London. He completed his postgraduate training in London and Yorkshire and a fellowship specialising in Revision Hip and Knee surgery in Leeds. He was appointed Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Scarborough Hospital in 1997 where he has spent time as the Medical Director

His practice includes Minimally Invasive Hip Replacement, Revision Hip Replacement, Partial Knee Replacement, Total Knee Replacement surgery and Knee Arthroscopy

His particular clinical interests are Direct Anterior Approach (DAA) Hip Replacement and Day of Surgery Discharge for appropriate patients. He has undertaken over 900 DAA cases

He is an Honorary Visiting Fellow at the University of York where his research interests include Motion Capture with Biofeedback and Artificial Intelligence
