I incorporate a range of therapeutic methods and approaches into my Clinical Practice including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioural therapy, Acceptance-based therapy, Neurolinguistic therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Mindfulness.
