Mr James is an amazing surgeon. When I first met him I was apprehensive and scared. Instantly he put me at ease. His manner is superb. He explained fully the procedures o required for best results. He’s honest and doesn’t give false expectations. I’ve had three surgeries with him now and each one he spends time to explain everything fully. He makes sure I’m fully comfortable with everything and that I understand. His aftercare is just as good as well. Making sure he reviews you after surgery until he is satisfied. Dr James is one of the friendliest, most personable doctors I've ever seen. As an 45 year old American living in London for the past 10 years, I needed a dermatological procedure done for the first time in the UK and I was nervous- both for the procedure itself and for the results. I was in such amazing hands with Dr. James from start to finish and I cannot recommend him enough, it was honestly a joy to be treated by him. I am also very happy with the minimal scarring from the procedure and thankful for all of the advice he provided to make the recovery as smooth as possible.

He provided me with an in depth explanation of the procedures available to me. His secretary Tracey is also absolutely amazing and helpful, and ensures smooth and prompt communication.

Extremely professional. Listened to what I was trying to achieve and actioned that accordingly. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Minimal swelling and bruising post op. 90% recovered in less than a week. Scarring is minimal and cannot be seen with my eyes open.
