Mr Clough has always been approachable on all appointments. He’s given good explanations and clear next steps. I’ve felt very confident about his abilities and the likelihood of positive outcomes which have now been achieved. That being said he has also kept me informed about all potential risks. I hope I don’t need the services of Mr Clough in the future but if I were to I’d be delighted were he to be the consultant I visit again.
