I was seeking expert advice on whether my current foot and tendon pain was a result of a fundamental bio-mechanical issues or just the result sporadic injury. I also sought guidance on what my outlook was for running with orthotics, in particular would they be with me for the rest of my running days or could, or should, I transition out of them. I had received conflicting advice from my physiotherapist and my podiatrist. Mr Oddy provided a thoughtful review of my foot mechanics and offered practical advice on resolving my current injury and also on managing my future running. I was completely satisfied with the consultation which answered all my questions.
