Mr Mike Lawrence is a health and wellbeing consultant with an interest in holistic and healing therapies. He offers life coaching and holistic therapies along with workplace management consultation to help with a variety of issues including smoking cessation, stress management, alternative pain relief and corporate wellness programmes. He aims to empower his clients to develop coping mechanisms for stress into the workplace and everyday life, enabling health and overall wellbeing. He prides himself on his empathetic listening skills and seamless integration of therapies in a tranquil environment. Mike has created a unique 3 step system which is designed to identify the root cause of the pain, which links the mind and body. As a result, the client can complete their daily work tasks and enjoy regular leisure pursuits free from pain.

He began his career in the leisure and recreation industry before moving to London to graduate from the London Metropolitan University with a diploma in Management Studies. After rupturing his Achilles tendon twice, he became interested in holistic and healing therapies, gaining qualifications in Reiki, Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and saw his career develop into life coaching. He became a global name in corporate operations guaranteeing to increase employee productivity and retention and reduce stress levels. He was recently invited to co-host an HR Future Leaders Seminar and holds Mental Health at Work Awareness training sessions, and his Practice was rated in the top 3 in Sheffield in 2019.
