Mr Ismail is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon with special interest in both knee surgery and hip surgery. He specialises in all aspects of knee surgery including sports injuries. His particular clinical and research interests include arthroscopic surgery, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, multiple knee ligament injuries, osteotomies, unicompartmental knee replacements, complex knee replacements (including correction of severe deformities) and revision knee replacement. Reassuring, informative. Cured my hip problems

Mr Ismail explained everything including how the procedure would be cartried out. He answered all my questions in detail and was polite and pleasant.

Mr Ismail was always 100% courteous, patient, explained everything in detail, and professional during all of my meetings with him. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided

Initial consultations felt uncomfortable but once committed to the surgery, his manner on the day of the surgery was first class. Appears more at ease with patients when performing surgery and less so during face to face consultations. Overall, it's the end result that matters and in respect of the surgery, he has done a fantastic job.
