Mr Mohammad Masood is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist, with a special interest in keyhole surgery.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Mr Masood has managed to provide excellent quality of care, offering a wide range of services. He specialises in laparoscopic surgery and he is considered an expert in the management of endometriosis, ovarian cysts and hysterectomy. In 2010 he was awarded his Diploma in Advanced Endoscopic Surgery from University of Surrey.
Throughout his career, he has worked in renowned centres around the UK including University College London Hospital, Homerton University Hospital and Harold Wood Hospital. He is currently based at Queens University Hospital NHS Trust Romford, where he is the lead for Emergency Gynaecology as well as Education and College Tutor.
Mr Masood is passionate about medical education. Except for Education and College Tutor at his NHS Trust, he is also an examiner of MRCOG part 2.
