Mr Mokhtar Uheba is a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon working at Haywards Heath and at a practice in Brighton. He qualified in Medicine in 1981 from the University of Al Fateh. Following this, he moved to the UK and completed his training at St Mark's Hospital in London.
