Mr Nana Osei is an Orthopaedic Surgeon. He completed his undergraduate training at Oxford University and his basic surgical training was in Cambridge. Mr Osei later undertook higher surgical training on the Percivall Pott Rotation, North East Thames. Mr Osei completed fellowships at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Great Ormand Street Hospital. He was also awarded the International Visiting US Scholarship to Philadelphia. Mr Osei also completed a trauma fellowship at the Royal London, and he has experience in managing military casualties from his time at Selly Oak during the Gulf War. Mr Osei trained in advanced minimally invasive spinal surgery at the Royal London Hospital, complex lumbar spinal surgery at Broomfield Hospital, and endoscopic discectomy. Mr Osei has an interest in research, and he has published many papers and presented at national and international conferences. He is particularly interested in spinal injections, fusionless instrumentation in spondylolisthesis, and general trauma.
