I have been under Mr Jacobs care for 18 months and have had 2 operations performed by him in that time. Following a high speed car crash which partially destroyed my femur in 2015, I was refereed to Mr Jacobs a year later. I wanted to explore addressing a large leg length discrepancy that was a result of the emergency surgery to rebuild my leg and try and get back to some normality. Mr Jacobs was excellent. He turned a very emotional situation in to a calm plan of action with direction and an end goal. He introduced me to a new technology, an internal telescopic femoral nail, which meant I didn't need any external metal work to lengthen my leg. Two and a half years after I nearly lost my leg I have two legs the same length and the confidence to start exercise and getting my life back on track. I cant thank him and his team enough for helping me through the single hardest thing I have ever had to endure. Thank you!!!

Dear Mr Jacobs. Thank you for the excellent treatment I received from you and your team. I realise it will it will take time for my toe to settle down and am being very careful about the shoes I wear now and for the future but obviously, should I have a problem I would contact you again but hopefully that won't be necessary. May I wish you all the best and many, many thanks again.
