Mr Eynon-Lewis was friendly and very informative when discussing my chronic "Post-Nasal Drip" condition. He suggested various possible approaches to treatment and did not rule out the possibility that something like diet could be a partial cause of the problem. When doing a nasal examination with a fibre-optic device he told me the camera on the device was not 100% perfect and asked me to come back the following week for another such examination, He assured me I would not be charged for that day's consultation.

The Dr was late by 20 mins. When he found out my baby was not allowed in and was made to stay outside he was surprised and did what he could to hurry my blood tests. He considered the fact that I was breastfeeding in his medical choices and recommendations.

Nick is without doubt, one of the nicest, most caring, kindest and compassionate consultants I have ever met! I first met him back in October 2021 about my diagnosis of chronic sinusitis (I was referred by another ENT consultant) and I had Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and a Septoplasty performed just a few days ago at London Bridge Hospital where I was looked after superbly. Nick is hugely passionate about his specialism and leaves no detail unturned. I was very unsure about having the operation at the beginning of the week mostly due to going into Hospital whilst Covid was still very prevalent and after the rules having been relaxed, but I needn't have worried as I was looked after very well by Nick and his team. I had phoned his PA, Sam Collins who looked after my every need very well too and both Sam and Nick e-mailed to check I was okay and that I still wanted to go ahead with the op before the procedure due to my anxiety and assured me that everything would be fine and it was. Nick even offered to delay the surgery as he said it would be better to do so if I was unsure but I decided to stick with it and go ahead with the surgery and am very pleased that I did so! The operation went very smoothly but I had a reaction to the anaesthetic for the first time so it was arranged for me to stay overnight as I had travelled 4 hours to the hospital for the surgery. Nick performed my surgery early afternoon and had a clinic after operating but he came to see me at 11:15pm after his clinic to check I was ok. If that is not first class service - I don't know what is!!! Both Nick and Sam made contact once I arrived home the following day to check that I was okay too. I feel that this is both above and beyond what was expected of both of them and they make a fantastic team! I have suffered with chronic nausea and sickness since the operation and I went to see Nick for my post op appointment very soon after the op (after only 5 days) and he said that things were going in the right direction so all in all I've had a very positive experience. I was also able to get some further medication to assist with the nausea and sickness which I am very glad about. Nick is only a phone call or e-mail away and has been very responsive to me both before and after my surgery which has been really appreciated. Would I recommend Nick as a consultant - Yes absolutely 50,000%!!! He is soooo kind, he cares about each and everyone of his patients and treats me as an individual and he is very well respected by the teams that he works with at the various hospitals - I know this as the Pre-Assessment Nurse told me that everyone loves him at London Bridge! Thank you Nick for your absolutely first class and superb care of me as a patient and I look forward to seeing you at my next appointment. Nick is a 7 to 8 hour round trip from home and I chose him as a result of research and reading the reviews on this website and on recommendation from my other ENT consultant.

My appointments and procedure with Nick were always very thorough - he spent time listening to my questions and explained in the detail about tests, the process and the results. He was contactable throughout my treatment and always accommodating.
