Mr Nicholas Law is a Consultant General Surgeon with more than 20 years of experience. He has a particular interest in endocrinology, more specifically thyroid and parathyroid problems. He runs an endocrine practice and sees patients from the UK and internationally. He was until recently Lead Surgeon in both thyroid and parathyroid surgery within The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
He studied Medicine and qualified from St Bart’s Medical School in London in 1978 and he undertook his specialist training at The Royal Marsden and Westminster Hospitals. More impressively, he completed an MS thesis in research at The Westminster Hospital.
Mr Law carries out his surgical procedures using laryngeal nerve monitoring and minimally invasive procedures. He also has experience in varicose vein treatments and uses the techniques, radiofrequency ablation, sclerotherapy and endovenous laser therapy.
He has a natural interest in cycling and has competed in road and cross country bike races, including Geneva to Monte Carlo, the Pyrenean raid and Turin to Monte Carlo.
