Mr Nick Parkhouse is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a specialist interest in cosmetic and aesthetic plastic surgery and in the treatment of scarring disfigurement. He is also excellent when dealing with revision surgery for patients who have had surgery elsewhere in the UK and abroad. His experience in dealing with unfavourable results of surgery has influenced his own personal approach to cosmetic surgery in which there is an emphasis on minimisation and avoidance of risk.
Nick has a special interest in the aesthetic/cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts, abdomen and trunk together with non-surgical injection and laser treatments for specific problems. He also has a special interest in the treatment of scarring disfigurement.
Nick was Editor of the British Journal of Plastic Surgery from 1997 to 2002. In his spare time he enjoys flying aeroplanes and helicopters, fly fishing and tennis.
