From first consultation to post op. Check, I was put at ease and reassured with everything explained in great detail with consideration and compassion. Having initialy consulted Mr. Patel for a second opinion, the manor in which he approached the whole issue convinced me to ask him to carry out the procedure.

all fantastic. One thing - I would have liked more access immediately post op and in the subsequent weeks. I was a little in the dark about certain aspects of the recovery in terms of what I was allowed to do etc.

Mr Patel put me so much at ease with his confident, yet kind and gentle manner. He is very patient, and explained everything I needed to know- always reassuring me when necessary. I had 100% confidence in him. His secretary, Christine helped make the whole process stress free, and was available whenever I needed anything. A great team!
