Mr Alexander is kind and compassionate, putting patients at ease. He is particularly considerate of patients when they cannot see [because of dilatory eye drops]. He always greets with a handshake and a verbal introduction - compensating for the inability to recognise him visually. He is reassuring and understanding of patient anxieties, always willing to give further explanation to reassure progress is being made, albeit gradually because of the nature of the problem. I would recommend Mr Alexander to others - he is an excellent surgeon and his ability to communicate with patients is exemplary.
