Piers Daubeney is a Paediatric Cardiologist.
Mr Daubeney specialises in the investigation and management of all types of heart disease in infants, children and adolescents. This includes murmurs, faints, palpitations and chest pains. Additional interests include childhood cardiomyopathy, pulmonary vein stenosis and pulmonary atresia.
In addition to his work with The Women's Wellness Centre, Dr Daubeney is also a Consultant Paediatric and Foetal Cardiologist at the Royal Brompton Hospital and the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Dr Daubeney leads a research team that investigate the causes of congenital heart disease. He has carried out three of the largest worldwide studies on childhood heart diseases, and has presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. Piers Daubeney is considered to be one of the worlds leading experts in his field.
Dr Daubeney also conducts regular lectures at the National Heart and Lung Institute. He participates in courses on Foetal Echocardiography, Paediatric Echo Master class, Neonatal Cardiology and Cardiac Pathology.
