Mr Girgis explained the whole procedure really well making me feel at ease, the op went really well and my sight is now spot on. He even took time out over the weekend to make sure all was ok.

I had a very reassuring initial consultation with Mr Girgis who was thorough and consultative, offering a solution that was bespoke for me and not necessarily the most expensive option. My case was complex due to a previous detached retina and Mr Girgis performed a brilliant procedure with outstanding results post surgery. Thank you !

I found Mr Girgis to be a kind and knowledgeable doctor. He put me at ease from the start of my two Cataract Operations over a period of a couple of months. On being advised that I had had Left Eye Corrective squint surgery in 2019, he advised that my best choice was to opt for extended depth of focus lenses for both Left and Right eye. This would give me Reading and Distance vision with just the need for 1.5 times magnification glasses for small print. The operations went very well and I can vouch for the success of his recommendations. It is wonderful to be able to see such vivid colours and sharp distance vision (allowing for the brain to catch up and accept the increased brightness over a month or so). I highly recommend Mr Rafik Girgis for his skill as a surgeon and his patient care (he even rang me personally on each weekend following my surgery to ask how I was feeling after the procedure). Thanks again Rafik for your kindness and care.
