Mr Kavia is my first experience of treatment outside the NHS and thanks to him and his Medical Secretary, Dhruvia, who accommodated my appointments so that I wouldn't have to miss work, it was a very positive experience. When I first saw Mr Kavia, I was very upset and scared at my recent diagnosis, but straight away he put my mind at rest and told me that there was nothing to worry about. Tests and exams were ordered quickly and the results explained fully. No question was too stupid and was always fully answered. Mr Kavia replaced my fears with hope and when I was given the all clear, it was the best birthday present I could wish for. Although it was hard to go through, I am glad I had Mr Kavia to go through it with.

An extremely patient doctor who explained everything well even if asked to repeat more than once. He is attentive to the needs of the patient & puts a person and their family at ease. The appointments were never rushed or felt time restricted, Post surgery, he was readily available for an unscheduled appointment. A lovely doctor with a pleasant disposition at all times. Thank you for everything.
