Mr Robert Quiney is a Consultant ENT Surgeon and Lead Clinician at The Royal Free and Edgware hospitals. He has undertaken training in London, Brighton and overseas in the US and Australia. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at The Royal Free and University College School of Medicine.
Mr Quiney has a special interest in otology and neuro-otology but he has a broad range of experience in ENT surgery. He works in an Acoustic Neuroma clinic at The Royal Free Hospital alongside neurosurgeons and radiotherapists.
Mr Quiney's interest in middle ear surgery involves a method to treat cholesteatoma which protects the canal wall and avoids the need for a mastoid cavity in many patients.
