Clinical Interests:
Trauma Orthopaedic Surgery. Specialist interest in all Foot and Ankle conditions, including sports injuries, arthroscopic surgery, bunion, hammer toe and Morton Neuroma surgery. Uses Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ECSWT) to treat problems with the Achilles tendon and Plantar fascia. Hip replacement, knee replacement/arthroscopy and General Orthopaedic conditions.

Academic Background:
Mr Deol is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, with a specialist interest in surgery of the foot ankle. Having studied medicine at King College London, he undertook basic surgical training, followed by Higher Surgical Training in Trauma Orthopaedic Surgery, on the London North West Thames programme. He was then selected for advanced fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery, with a focus on sports-related injuries and the latest arthroscopic techniques, at the Chelsea Westminster Hospital. He has undertaken travelling fellowships to Holland and world-leading trauma Units in the USA.Mr Deol has written chapters on foot and ankle conditions and presented work, both nationally and internationally. He has been awarded an MSc and Diploma from Imperial College London. Having a keen interest in teaching and training, he has been faculty and lecturer on courses and supervises trainees from both the London and East of England rotations.
