Very clear on the issues that were causing my pain and on the options available to me. On the day of the operation, he saw me prior to theatre, explained again what would happen and visited after surgery. Excellent bedside manner. At my follow-up appointment Mr Vollans showed me before an after pictures thoroughly explaining each one. He is easy to speak to, shows great empathy and even supported me with a consultant recommendation for a family member having problems with their ankle. Wonderful service, thank you.

From the start of the first consultancy, Sam Vollens explained the surgery along with how my recovery would progress. He explained that it would be a long process but I have got to where I wanted to be after 4.5 months of hard work. Sam has a very professional and caring manner and I cannot be more happy.
