Dr Saour has special interests in general and aesthetic surgery as well as lower limb, breast, abdominal and perineal microvascular reconstruction. He performs an expansive range of plastic and reconstructive procedures including face, brow and butt lifts, breast augmentations, body contouring and skin lesion removals alongside several other cosmetic and surgical procedures.
He has research interests in the innovation of plastic surgery and has published many papers in his field of expertise. He is also the author of several book chapters in plastic surgery books. He has presented his work all over the world at meetings.
Dr Saour was awarded the status of Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George's University, London and taught both undergraduate and postgraduate students and junior doctors.
Dr Saour is also a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and the British Medical Association.

I just wanted to say how fantastic Mr Saour is. After years of wanting to have a breast lift and reduction I finally came across Mr Saour. He is ever so professional and makes you instantly feel at ease. He had a brilliant bedside manner and was always very informative about the procedure that was going to take place. I found he was always on hand after surgery if I had any questions and was quick to respond. I am now nearly six months post surgery and could not be happier with my results! He listened attentively to my wishes and was clear and thorough in his explanation of possibilities and limitations. I felt very quickly that I was in safe hands. Mr Saour made me feel comfortable immediately. He is considered in both his opinions of what can be done, but also in his answers to my questions. He allayed any nerves that I had. And I was nervous! Actually, I don’t think I would have gone ahead with the surgery if I hadn’t been so comfortable. He is generous with his time, and I was grateful for that.
