Mr Wilson is a Consultant in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery based at Southmead Hospital in Bristol and he also runs a successful private practice. He graduated with honours from Medical School and then completed a six year training programme in Bristol and Belfast followed by fellowships in Paris and East Grinstead before becoming a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in 2005. He is the lead clinician for breast reconstruction in Bristol and the Training Programme Director for the South West. He is a tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons and teaches on Plastic Surgery Courses.
Mr Wilson has created an independent practice that allows him to deliver a high level of care. He believes that patient satisfaction is paramount and he will look after you through every step of your treatment, including unlimited pre and post operative care and support.
He regularly receives referrals from GP’s and other medical professionals. Many of his patients return to him again and again, and they are happy to refer friends and family to Mr Wilson. This demonstrates the loyalty and high level of patient satisfaction he has achieved; his patients know that they are in safe hands.
Mr Wilson is the lead clinician for Breast Reconstruction in Southmead Hospital in Bristol, he receives large number of referral for all types of reconstruction mainly autologous reconstruction like Free DIEP and Free TUG flap. He receives tertiary referral for all types of cosmetic breast surgery like breast augmentation, reduction, lift (mastopexy) and male breast reduction surgery.
