Explanation

Mr Simon Lambert together with Dr Mogera Chandra and the rest of their happy and caring operating theatre team made my surgical experience today a very comfortable one. I had a diagnostic shoulder arthroscopy under interscalene nerve block. I am very grateful and could not have asked for anything more.

Explanation

Simon Lambert is simply the best - caring, professional and stays the course. A second opinion only confirmed what I already knew - that I was in the right place being looked after by an expert. Simon identified the core issues of my case after taking it over from a colleague. He then stayed with my care through an extended period until the condition was completely cured, and then continued to check on me until such time we were all sure this was the case. Very highly recommended!

Mr Lambert was welcoming and considerate of my experiences and feelings. The examination was through with explanations throughout. All the options were explained and discussed leading to Mr Lambert personally making the appointment for me to have an ultrasound with his preferred radiographer. Most importantly, Mr Lambert listened to me and at no time did I feel rushed.
