From the moment I started to describe my symptoms I knew I was in good hands. Mr Pain took the time to listen to me and he suggested surgery. I have now had the surgery and I was very well cared for throughout the whole process.

Mr Pain has an excellent way with patients. I never feel as though I am being rushed through the appointment. His explanations are very clear and pitched to enable understanding. For me, he does not sugar coat the diagnosis / explanation and this suits me.

I found Mr Pain took the trouble to explain my condition in detail, honestly, sympathetically and in plain and simple terms. He was very patient, kind and considerate of my feelings. in the circumstances I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

Mr. Pain saw me at the Spire Hospital, Norwich very quickly after I discovered a lump in my breast. He discussed my treatment and I was admitted to hospital for operation within a week. His follow up over the last seven years has been exemplary. He is very kind and considerate and easy to talk to.

I highly recommend Mr Simon Pain. He secured me the very best outcome for my diagnosis for which I will always be grateful. He is highly knowledgable and thorough as well as kind, thoughtful and supportive. I had two surgeries with Mr Pain which were most importantly successful but also neat which is amazing. On several occasions he has seen me at very short notice when I have needed reassurance. I have every confidence in his care and continue to see him for my regular check ups.
