Very polite and took time to explain my condition, showing me the xrays and scans to support. I find this very helpful -thank you. I would have given five stars if appointment times were more 'on time', on one occasion an appointment was 1 hour behind schedule.

Mr Kershaw is a very likeable gentleman, Professional at all times very easy to talk to. I received excellent care from 1st consultation to post-op appointments.

I found Mr Kershawextremely personally and professional. We were able to have open and frank discussions about the condition of my knee and the advantages and more importantly the disadvantages of possible knee replacement. Over a period of 3 appointments, I was able with the support of Mr Kershaw, to make the decision not to progress at this stage with a knee replacement. At no point did the appointment feel rushed or did I feel pressurised to make a decision. Being able to talk directly to the surgeon at a technical level about the procedure, risks and limitations of total knee replacement was invaluable in coming to a conclusion we were both comfortable with.
