I saw Dr Chitale for a long-standing penile condition. He provided treatment of a consistently excellent standard, setting out the treatment options, and the pros and cons of each, with great clarity. He performed the surgery and was there every step of the way for my aftercare. I was particularly grateful for his quick responses to my questions, including outside of work hours. He is clearly an expert in his field, and in addition has a wonderfully calming and friendly manner. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Chitale has operated on me twice, once for a grade 3 varicocele last year (varicocele is completely gone - confirmed by an ultrasound a year later) and intermittent torsion this year. He has an amazing bedside manner, always available to answer any queries I had immediately via text. He also checked in with me before and after my operations, making sure I was okay and healing well. He really is the kindest doctor around. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a urologist. Thank you once again Chitale!

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Chitale recently and cannot rate him high enough. He is the first doctor that actually listened to what I had to say and took me seriously. He made me feel completely at ease with various procedures that he sent me for and fully explained all results to me afterwards too. He really is the kindest doctor I have ever met.

I suffered a couple of urological conditions and received professional advice with no pressure to go ahead with the procedures. I was able to consider the options and for one of my conditions, Peyronie's disease, was made aware the latest treatment on the market, which has had a major improvement. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Chitale during my consultation with regards to Male Infertilty and under his care during my subsequent surgery. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for 5 years; after suffering four IVF failures due to very poor sperm on all factors (OAT). I had a consultation with my local Urologist before our first IVF and was told that there was nothing that could be done to improve my sperm, so I never explored any further options. After the forth IVF failure, I decided to research hard online before looking for a possible sperm donor. I found out that Varicocele in the scrotum caused severe overheating of the testes and was the most common cause of reversible infertility in males; I suspected that I was suffering with this all along. I was looking for a highly qualified and experienced Urologist, who has an interest in Male Infertility with the specific expertise in Varicocele repair. I was very happy when I found Mr Chitale online, and surprised how quick and easy it was to set up our first meeting with my partner and I. Mr Chitale is a very nice and personable man, but what is most impressive is his knowledge and the ability to relay the information, including facts and figures in a way which is very easy to understand. Mr Chitale performed a thorough examination and confirmed that I had a Grade 2/3 Varicocele. Mr Chitale explained why surgery to correct, would most likely lead to sperm parameters improvements. I was lucky enough to have the surgery performed within a couple of weeks, with direct contact throughout the lead up to the surgery including the instructions confirmed the day before. The surgery was a huge success as my sperm parameters have improved beyond belief, from a total sperm count of 4.1 million to 27.8 million of higher quality and still improving with the ultimate goal being a spontaneous pregnancy. If you have any male infertility concerns, please do not hesitate and get checked out by an appropriate Urologist often these issues may be resolved or at least helped considerably. I would highly recommend Mr Chitale as an outstanding Surgeon.

I really cannot say enough good things about Mr Chitale and the whole consultation and surgery process for my 11 year old son. He diagnosed the issue immediately, was helpful and communicative and explained the problem, the procedure required and why it was needed, in a way my son could understand. He really put my son and myself at ease during our appointments and before surgery. The surgery was carried out swiftly and the recovery was exactly as he explained. His attention to after care was like nothing I have experienced before, amazing. He was always available to answer questions and with good humour! I would highly recommend.
