When one is having to undertake surgery, the hope is that you can trust and feel cared for by your consultant. At all stages Mr Chitale made me feel this way. The care does not stop once you leave the hospital as he always checked in to make sure I was ok and I was able to contact him with any queries once at home. I would highly recommend him, and whilst I hope not to have to see him again, if I do, I will do so knowing I am in the best hands.

Dr Chitale is wonderful. Before this experience I had never really had to interact with doctors personally and had a deep seated and irrational fear of most medical professionals. My experience with him has calmed my fear somewhat and he is exceptionally patient with a very anxious patient. He explains everything thoroughly, providing both lifestyle and medical help for conditions. I couldn't recommend him enough based on my experience.

Excellent consultant that explains to you what the suspected problem is at first, the tests that are needed and why, and then explains the results directly and clearly. Loved the fact that I can message Mr Chitale on Whatsapp for an update or to book a follow up appointment. Felt he was accessible, especially if I had any immediate concerns. Highly recommended for any urology related concerns. 5/5

Dr Chitale was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job with helping my dad overcome his issue. He was professional, responsive, polite and showed true compassion. With his expert knowledge and experience my dad recovered from his issue which he previously went to A&E for (3 times) and also to his local GP. Dr Chitale was able to provide to diagnose the problem and prescribe the correct medication. He was extremely responsive to all our questions, calls and messages regardless of the time and kept in touch regularly. Thank you so much Dr Chitale- would highly recommend!!!
