I received clear advice on the most suitable operation for my foot and felt confident in going ahead with the procedure.

Have been a runner for years , developed increasing pain in foot & legs , unable to walk or sleep properly due to this pain .Appointment availabilty , times excellent & prompt .A consultation with Mr Bajaj is definitely a two way process , he listens & takes into account how you are personally affected by your orthopaedic symptoms . Mr Bajaj's manner is naturally kind , transparent & straightforward , his explanation of his professional findings were logical & concise . The rationale for clinical investigations ( in my case x-rays, blood tests & MRI ) were fully explained , they were completed very promptly from my first appointment .Mr Bajaj explained my diagnosis fully , giving proven scientific evidence of U.K and worldwide treatments for my conditions /s. Treatment options open to me , their benefits & risks were discussed in an unhurried clear manner ,this allowed me to digest & understand all of the information . Mr Bajaj's encouragement of a two way conversation enabled me to make well informed decisions regarding conservative aspects of my treatment ( physiotherapy & foot injections )and the timing of my foot surgery . My foot surgery was seamless , again all explained ,no surprises - Mr Bajaj fully participates with all the hospital team /staff who are caring for you . Recovery from surgery uneventful & timely , because of MR Bajaj's explanations , professional diligence & arrangements I fully understood what I needed to do post operatively to aid my recovery . From start to finish Mr Bajaj's professional service , skills , care & attention was exceptional . Pain completely gone , back to running . I had no hesitation & complete confidence in returning to see Mr Bajaj with my 13 yr old son who injured his foot& ankle badly whilst playing rugby .Mr Bajaj's paediatric skills & breadth of professional knowledge /experience was highly apparent , (again , prompt x-ray & MRI ) - he rapidly established a two way partnership with my son , providing a clear explanation as to the nature of his injury , treatment options open to him & what they would involve , ( intensive physiotherapy & , ultrasound , exercises , which if did not work multi -ligament surgery would probably be needed ). My son respected , trusted Mr Bajaj and felt fully involved / in charge of his own recovery . We as parents fully appreciate Mr Bajaj gaining my sons ( & ours ) confidence , along with the excellent arrangements put in place for his treatments which without doubt aided our son's full recovery - he avoided the need for surgery & he is back to full fitness & playing rugby .
