I’ve only met him briefly but he was assuring with the consultation and gave me the risks and benefits of surgery. I think planning and communication needs to be better for the day of surgery to set expectations of when the operation will be carried out.

Explained procedure concisely. Always polite and regularly on time. Wouldn't have minded seeing him same day after undergoing procedure, however, this may not be protocol nor a good use of professional time.

Mr Mahmud’s attention, care and professionalism were excellent when he recently conducted my knee arthroscopy for a torn meniscus. He explained the options and subsequent procedure thoroughly and clearly, and instilled confidence in me. The procedure has been successful and I’m well on the way to full recovery. Both consultations, prior and post operation were reassuring and thorough. Many thanks for fixing my knee!
