Tamir Grant is an experienced Osteopath practicing in London. Osteopathy has a long tradition in his family - Tamir's grandfather taught at the Bristish School of Osteopathy. Tamir works in Golders Green, whilst his aunt and cousin work in Mill Hill and Edgware respectfully.

"As an Osteopath my treatment is aimed at putting your body in a position which will help achieve full recovery in the shortest period of time. A common misconception is that osteopaths only treat lower back pain. Although this is something we are known to specialise in, we additionally treat:

  • Headaches
  • Shoulder (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury)
  • Hip (arthritis, bursitis)
  • Neck (whiplash)
  • Elbow (tennis/golf elbow injury)
  • Knee (tendonitis, osgood schlatter)
  • Upper back (rib subluxation)
  • Wrist (repetitive strain injury)
  • Pelvis (post pregnancy)
  • Lower back (disc and facet pain)
  • Ankle (sprain)
  • Arthritic pain
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Sports injuries (sprains, strains, pulls)

Methods used to achieve these results include:

  • Massage
  • Stretching
  • Manipulations
  • Therapeutic taping
  • Medical acupuncture
  • Sports / deep tissue massage

I offer a bespoke confidential service tailoring my osteopathic and personal training skills to the needs of my patient.

I am specifically interested in rehabilitation, sports injuries, bio-mechanics, gait analysis and how yoga and pilates can be incorporated into improving your general health.

Please note that it is common practice for patients to be asked to dress down to their underwear during examination and treatment. This enables the osteopath to have a clear view of the patient's posture as well as the area of pain. If possible please bring shorts or wear appropriate underwear for the treatment."
