Thomas Midgley has professional registration as a Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapist as well as a Dietitian. Midgley studied Psychology and Nutrition, then Applied Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff. Midgley then later completed his PGDip in Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy at Royal Holloway University, London.
Since 2005, Midgley has worked almost exclusively in the field of eating disorders with both adolescents and adults. Midgley continues to work with both inpatient and outpatient services treating the whole spectrum of severity and co-morbidities common in this field.
