Mr Corner was an extremely professional and friendly consultant, and is clearly highly competent and experienced in his field. During my initial assessment he immediately made me feel as ease and explained my surgery options clearly, giving me more than enough information for me to make an informed decision. The operation itself went extremely well and Mr Corner provided excellent care both before and after surgery. My injuries have healed perfectly with minimal scaring, and I'm back to my old self in a surprisingly short time. Thank you Tony!

Tony has great communication skills and explained exactly what was needed on my behalf for a good outcome. The operation we eventually went for was expertly done and the results have been life enhancing.

Having waxed lyrical about you to friends and family since my first consultation with you in February, I felt I had to put pen to paper to thank you in writing. From the minute I met you it was clear you possessed a unique ability to put patients at ease with your kind manner and use of gentle humour. It was such a relief for me to be able to talk to a consultant without feeling rushed or that I was wasting their view of the NHS who had looked after me really well following my initial fall, not having the resources to further investigate my lack of mobility but was left dejected by the NHS consultant saying I would have to reconcile myself to the fact that I may never plate the violin again. Thanks to you and my recent elbow arthroscopy I have considerably more movement in my elbow and with continued physio and hard work on my part, I am confident that I will be able to play in a symphony orchestra again in the not too distant future. From the word go I had complete faith in your skills as a surgeon and was confident you would not operate unless there was going to be a favourable outcome. However it is your skills as a human being that make you stand out from the rest. YOur humility and down to earth approach and basic human kindness make you a very special person indeed and I feel very lucky to have been under expert care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Relaxed and well informed. Mr Corner set realistic expectations about post operative pain which meant I wasn't too worried even though it hurt. Consultant taking time to wave to my 92 year old dada who had FaceTime called me from Australia whilst I was in.
