The outcome is positive for various activities whereas before the operation movement of shoulder was very restricted. I would say that i was not prepared for the pain after tje block wore off and how much of a challenge things were , but worth it in the long run

Tony engages with me as a patient well, listens to what I ask and answers it directly. His explanation was at a reasonably detailed level, given my engineering background and he always checked if I had anything else to ask needed anything explaining in more detail. Highly affiliation style, which is refreshing (!) And by all accounts a very polished and professional surgeon.

Tony once again was able to reassure me that he could offer me a procedure to eleviate my shoulder pain. I was given a clear diagnosis and treatment plan and from initial consult to opetaion date was under 4 weeks. 4 weeks post op i have over 95% + range of motion and am almost pain free - a very positive outcome.

I found Mr Corner to be excellent. He listened to my concerns and explained the potential treatment. Once we had the results it was clear I did not need medical intervention and he gave me advice on self management. It was a relief to be listened to and have prompt investigation. He has saved me a fortune on misguided physio and other treatments!

My experience can only be described as perfect. I needed surgery on my shoulder after an injury. Mr Corner gave me all the confidence I needed. He explained the whole procedure to me and took the time to answer my questions. He was very caring. The surgery went very well, he came to see me before and after to make sure I was happy. I have recovered really well, faster than expected and now have a pain free shoulder. I highly recommend Mr Corner!

Carpal Tunnel - it is certainly not nice having to go to hospital at all - had complete trust in Mr Tony Corner - he had explained what he was going to do with regards the procedure and what was going to happen aftercare wise - ie how long the dressing stayed on, when the stitches would come out, how long it would take for my hand to feel back to normal. Obviously very very nervous before the operation, but who isn't. Must say very surreal being awake whilst procedure carried out (100% could not watch) but much better than having an anaesthetic. Operation went well and follow up appointment went well - scar healing nicely and back to hockey …. one happy lady x Shoulder - happy with examination and explanation with what he felt the problem - mri scan carried out. Then injections into shoulder joint. Follow up appointment went well - need to strengthen muscles around shoulder.
