Explanation

Mr Grant is very personable and professional. He was so patient so I didn't feel like I was being processed and he explained everything clearly and concisely to me. The OP experience was not scary and I really couldn't be happier with the results. Exactly what he said I could expect. I can breathe again and the cosmetic corrects were perfect. Very natural and not at all obvious. Shaped exactly how I wanted.

I was suffering excrutiating pain in my left ear for 10 successive days. When my local services failed me (GP and A&E), in desperation I sought out Mr. Grant at the Cromwell. There was inflammation and impacted wax hitting the eardrum. After a long and patient microsuction of the debris, I left the Cromwell outpatient clinic completely transformed. The pain which had haunted me for 10 successive days vanished. Slight spasms in the first 30mins but after that all gone. With the long Easter weekend which was approaching I was so glad I found Mr. Grant in time. His manner and professionalism is to be lauded and I couldn't thank him enough as I left his clinic.

Visiting a doctor is always a nervous experience. Will Grant has a combination of wonderful skills. He is punctual, polite and speaks in plain English. Above all he demonstrates that he really cares and goes the extra mile to the extent of using his influence to make patients' appointments with doctors in other another discipline. If there was a Hall of Fame for Ear Nose and Throat surgeons, Will Grant would certainly be in it. Geoffrey Lander.

Explanation

I’d had chronic sinus problems for two or three years. Lost my smell and taste for a time, and the sprays and steroids only healed things temporarily. At this point, I discussed surgery with my specialist Mr William Grant. What I’ve loved about working with him on this is how warm and sensitive he’s been to my ailments. But has also always been very exact about what needed to be done and what I could expect after the operation.  It’s a much bigger deal than people think. It’s not just a quick scrape around the nostrils, it’s a full on procedure which lasted 90 minutes under general anaesthetic. However, what an amazing incredible feeling now!! To be able to smell, taste, breath, and live life to the full, wow! The after care has been superb, and my latest follow up with Mr Grant has shown no sign of any polyps or anything returning, and long may that continue! If you’re in the same position as I was, with chronic sinus problems, and not sure whether to have the operation, do it!! I’m a radio broadcaster, on air every day, so my breathing is crucial, and not easy when you’re always blocked up. This op by Mr Grant has been a game changer! Simple as that. I would recommend him very highly indeed!

First of all thank you ever so much for your superb efforts on my nose last Thursday evening. As you suggested, my girlfriend once again likes the way my face looks! Secondly, I have had no further issues with my nose, aside from mild soreness around the re-break. If ever I decide to have further cosmetic procedures in the form of a rhinoplasty to my noise in the future I will definitely be pursuing you to be the Consultant to carry out such procedure. Many thanks once again.
