Explanation

I am so thankful to Mr Kuteesa for his specialist and tailored care. From my earlier consultations to my operation, he was so patient and explained everything so clearly - even to the point of drawing diagrams. During pelvic examinations, I was always shown the screen which helped me understand what was going on. I felt central to my care throughout, by being given information and choices. I was particularly anxious of the thought of my operation and Mr Kuteesa put my mind at ease throughout. After months of pelvic pain, Mr Kuteesa successfully operated on pelvic adhesions and my quality of life has improved dramatically. The level of personalised care I received was something I have not experienced before. I am very grateful to him and his team at The Berkshire Independent hospital. A big thank you to also to Mr Kuteesa’s secretary, who is always responsive and a pleasure to talk to. Mr Kuteesa is always smiling and cheerful and I can’t quite express in words how grateful I am for his expertise – thank you, thank you, thank you.
