Mr Rahimtoola fills me with confidence that he knows what the problem is and he knows how to fix it. I have been with him for a number of years and would not anyone else dealing with my hand problems.

My wife fell and broke her wrist on 19th November. You performed an operation to plate the injury on 23rd November. We next saw you at the clinic on the 9th December. I have completed the NHS/RBH on-line customer satisfaction survey but felt I needed to write to thank you for your expertise, compassion and excellent service we received from you and your staff. In particular I would like to draw to your attention the caring and professional manner your physiotherapist dealt with my wife’s concerns. We look forward to seeing her again. Thank you!

I felt that I must write again and ‘Thank you’ and all the staff who looked after me so well when I came to The Circle Hospital for the Trapeziectomy operation on my left thumb. I have also now completed my physiotherapy with Richard who, like Mary, was very kind and most helpful. I am very pleased how my recovery is going with both thumbs and I now agreed to play the piano at a local Nursing Home on a regular basis. Thank you for all your help in treating my thumbs.

It’s been really amazing waking up every morning since the decompression and realising that I don’t have any of the pain numbness or pins and needle in my left hand that I used to have. Thank you so much, I don’t know why I put it off for so long, it made such a difference to me already. Please thank you team too for playing their part in making the whole experience such a positive one

Having been referred to Mr Rahimtoola just over 4 years ago with very painful arthritis in my left hand I was advised to have a wrist joint replacement which I had never heard of before. Mr Rahimtoola very kindly went into vast detail of what this operation would entail, explaining everything to me because I was to be one of the first for this pioneering surgery. Having agreed to have the procedure done, when I arrived at the hospital for my big day, I was greeted by one of your kind consultants who once again put me at ease, explaining the operation and that I was in the care of the best surgeon of this kind. After the operation, I was treated with great care, both from Mr Rahimtoola and all his staff who made my stay in hospital as comfortable as possible ensuring I had the best of care at all times. I was allocated a physiotherapist Jill who looked after all my physiotherapy treatment in getting my wrist to move again, with Mr Rahimtoola overseeing everything. To date I have an incredible working wrist, which has far more movement then I have had in a very long time, which I must say is all down to Mr Rahimtoola and his team’s kind, caring and professional manner at all times, if ever I needed to have anything else done, I would only want Mr Rahimtoola to touch my hand. Once again I can only say how grateful I am to Mr Rahimtoola and his staff for all the care and kindness you have all shown me and the giggles I have when walking through customs
