Alison is a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor who offers time and a confidential, safe space to start to explore any problem feelings and thoughts you might be facing. It’s Alison’s belief is that you are the expert on you, even if at the moment, it doesn’t feel like it. Counseling can help patients identify their own coping methods and resources.
Counseling doesn’t perform miracles, but it can help to improve your self-esteem, help navigate emotional dilemmas, or provide support when trying to deal with grief, divorce, illness or loss.
Alison practices out of the Virgin Care Private Birmingham Clinic, where patients can feel comfortable in the discreet and private spaces offered.
