About

Alison Wilkinson is a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor & Counselling Supervisor registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. It's Alison's belief is that you are the expert on you, even if at the moment, it doesn't feel like it. Counselling can help patients identify their own coping methods and resources.
