Mrs Fiona Bateson is an experienced Clinical Audiologist who runs a practice that helps treat a wide range of Audiological problems including the detection of hearing loss and balance disorders.
She has been working as an Audiologist for over 25 years and treats patients with a number of issues ranging from routine age related hearing loss to more troublesome conditions such as Tinnitus to Hyperacusis, Vestibular and Balance issues.
She also provides very high specification digital hearing aids as an independent dispenser, with access to all the hearing aid manufacturers so patients can be sure they're having the best aids for them which are not always the most expensive ones.
Fiona's ethos has always been to treat patients individually and to develop a hearing programme tailored to their personal needs.
To compliment her practice she also runs the two nationally recognised Tinnitus support groups in Hertfordshire giving the community essential and much needed support to families and more importantly, sufferers of Tinnitus.
In addition to her clinical work, Mrs Bateson also provides advice and appropriate hearing protection for patients who work in noisy environments and who operate heavy machinery. Mrs Bateson also works with musicians and people who engage in hunting and shooting and is the Clinical Audiologist Consultant for both the London stores of Holland & Holland and Beretta, manufacturers of the finest shooting equipment.
