EMDR with Comfort led me to deep revelations about myself and my life has started to change because of this.

I don’t have nightmares or flashbacks anymore and I learned about myself in the process.

I started seeing Comfort for psychotherapy several years ago, and at that moment, my life changed. The transformation we’ve achieved together has been beyond my expectations. Comfort is a master of her practice; from the first consultation, she listened carefully and showed genuine care and professionalism. Her interventions were always gentle, encouraging and consistent. Every session with Comfort felt like progress, and her commitment to my cause always felt absolute. She created a safe space for me to express myself, reflect, learn and renew. Together, we practised my self-awareness so that I could learn to manage my emotions independently and relate to others. Moreover, she helped me confront trauma and change my disposition from fear to love, first in myself and, in turn, others. Thanks to Comfort, I can now be present and participate in my life again, pursue my dreams and devote myself to purpose.

We work through trauma from my life in Lithuania and being trafficked to UK. Solicitor sent me to Comfort. Therapy helped me recovers from such horrible nightmares over many years. I so much better now.

Sometimes a professional (a teacher, professor, a mentor….) comes along who changes one’s life. For me, Comfort was that person.

Comfort gave advice and support that saved my marriage, and perhaps my life.

My life has completely changed after working with Comfort. My psychiatrist referred me to Comfort for NET therapy for PTSD. It’s hard to remember who I was before I began treatment. I was a shadow of who I have returned to now.

Due to my twice weekly sessions with Comfort over the last three years, I am not depressed anymore, and I have come to accept, and even like, myself. Comfort has a quiet, understated brilliance about her. Talented psychologist!
