Debra is a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy with a Master’s
degree in Osteopathy and has also completed two courses in acupuncture run by
the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
Before becoming an osteopath, Debra spent a number of years
working in a large multinational management consultancy firm. This gives her a good
understanding of the demands working in high stress office environment can have
physically and emotionally on an individual’s health and work/life balance. She
spent several years rowing competitively at the Lea Rowing Club in East London
allowing her to relate to the physical demands of competitive sport. Debra has a particular interest in the health
implications of sedentary lifestyles and in providing patients with practical
advice on minimising the adverse consequences of desk based work environments. Debra
is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the
Institute of Osteopathy.
