Dr Mavrides is an amazing professional obstetrician and gynaecologist. She helped me successfully naturally delivered identical twins on 34 weeks!

Eleni is one of the best qualified and experienced obstetric specialists whose skillset, bedside manners and compassion are second to none. She looked after me during my unfortunate miscarriage, my attempts to conceive and then during my high risk pregnancy. I do owe my safe delivery, rapid recovery and almost non existant C section scar solely to her. Eleni visited us at Portland on a daily basis and ensured i was recovering well despite her very busy schedule. Having dealt with a number of obsteric specialists i can confidently state Ms.Mavrides is the absolute best and i can not recommend her enough.

My experience with Doctor Mavrides was pleasant. Dealing with her was very comfortable. It was my first child, I did not feel afraid, She always reassured me and knew what she was doing. I had an absolutely amazing experience with both my births. Eleni went over and above on every single level. During my pregnancies she made herself available 24/7 for any issues or questions no matter how small. During the deliveries Eleni did everything in her power to (successfully) ensure I had the births I wanted. I was so nervous about pregnancy and giving birth in general but Eleni put me at ease immediately when I first met her. She has a phenomenal bedside manner. Eleni gave me two amazing birth experiences to the point that I genuinely enjoyed them. I felt so lucky to have been in such safe and capable hands. I could not recommend her more!

Eleni has been looking after me before conceiving as I had some difficulties, during pregnancy and on birth. She is easygoing, explains things properly without being dramatic but with a personal touch. During birth she was super helpful, efficient but again easygoing. She makes you feel that it’s not a big thing and it actually wasn’t for me. I loved the whole experience of birth. I would highly recommend her

She has been my saint. Within 24 hours she has fixed a problem that other doctors couldn't fix in 2 years. Seeing her was the best thing I ever did.

Throughout my pregnancy and delivery Eleni was incredibly good at making me feel comfortable and at ease about everything - I was always very nervous but left our appointments feeling positive and reassured. She was also available 24/7 for any questions or concerns that I had, even post birth. I had a planned c-section and throughout the procedure Eleni would talk to us and give us positive updates. I made a quick recovery and I am also very pleased with the scar Eleni gave me as it is very small and neat!! I would highly recommend Eleni to anyone and I will for sure be going back to Eleni for any future pregnancy’s that I may have.

She was warm and approachable from the first appointment. She made sure to be reassuring and communicative during labour and was incredibly patient. She made sure to be as available as possible to me during recovery and was always a positive presence.
