Jade is a fully qualified and talented Physiotherapist working privately in the London area. She studied Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University, completing her Bsc (Hons) degree in 2010. From then Jade went straight into private practice to specialise in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, that is, treating conditions affecting muscles and the skeleton.
During her career Jade has worked with a wide range of ailments in a number of differing settings with ages varying from young children right through to the elderly. She has a passion for sporting injuries, always being heavily involved with elite athletes alongside her private practice work. This includes being a Physiotherapist at the London Scottish Rugby Club for 2 seasons, while also working with British Judo athletes. Jade continues to work with British Judo athletes where possible at main events and at abroad training camps and competitions. These experiences have allowed Jade to understand the further stages of rehabilitation and from this the demands the body undergoes at these top levels, both physically and psychologically.
Jade also continues to develop her skills and knowledge by attending numerous post graduate courses, enabling her to enhance her manual therapy and treatment techniques, and now actively carries out Acupuncture treatment, having completed her course in Acupuncture. In addition to this, she is also a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine (ACPSM).
Jade herself has always enjoyed sport, previously participating heavily in hockey, netball, swimming and top of the list horse riding competing up to pre-novice level. This extensive experience in both the treatment of sports injuries and participating in sport herself allows Jade to provide the best standard of treatment and care to all her patients.
