She has extensive experience in the field of Psychology and CBT, working for the NHS at both primary care and specialist levels. Jane is now working privately as a CBT Therapist while also supervising other clinicians across the country as the lead therapist for several CBT clinics in London, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, and Bristol.

Jane treats a range of psychological issues but is particularly interested in the treatment of emotional health problems such as depression, anxiety and relationship problems as well as difficulties associated with Adult ADHD. With the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I was able to go from some someone who was anxious most of the time, to someone who worries much less and is finding life more enjoyable. I felt comfortable with Jane from the moment I walked through the door in my first session. Jane was great at listening to what I had to say and I never once felt unable to tell her how I truly felt, or give an honest answer to her questions, Jane was warm and friendly, yet professional and really helped me to see why I was experiencing anxiety and helped me learn some excellent tools for managing this.
