Ms Uppal immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured that there was a solution for my pain from my first consultation. On my surgery day Ms Uppal explained everything clearly and I fully understood what was going to be done and the risks that came with the surgery. Being a nervous patient has not been a problem for Ms Uppal or her secretaries and I have been fully informed and supported throughout my journey so far.
